Take a stand : Abortion should be legalized in Korea.

My Take a Stand topic is: Abortion should be legalized in Korea.

HOWEVER, before I begin with giving out 3 reasons, I should point out one thing. Korea's constitutional law allows abortion, but to limited circumstances only, and they are the following:
- If the baby possesses genetic deficiency that would lead to mental or physical illness.
- If the baby possesses infectious disease genes;
- If the mother is a rape victim;
- If the parents are blood relatives and
- If the consistency of pregnant may harm (or has the possibility to harm) the health of the mother.

I've been thinking that the door is not opened wide enough, not applicable to current situation. (Don't get me wrong.) Since a lot of irresponsible people get the fetus removed under the shades of the law, I came up with 2 conditions.

Here are the 3 supporting reasons for my stand.

1. Life is becoming harder in Korea. Even you've been blessed with having a baby, it might be a burden due to financial crisis. Abortion should be permitted to the couples with a yearly income of 14,300,000 and below

2. According to OECD Statistics, Korea marked no.1 in abortion.
Experts analyzed that teen couples gave out the way, who are not ready to become a parents both financially and mentally. Therefore, the government can give permit to those young couples under the condition that the minor(18 years old and below) having the consent of operation signed by her parents.

3. Korean woman's life is hopeless. Being a mother may not mean good news. It gives possibility to lose a job(or get fired), to stop building career and to give up the life one enjoyed.

Nonetheless, any life is a dignified life. We should know how to respect and protect it. For those who want to go away with your responsibility, there is no way, because of conditions below:

1. The above mentioned is only applicable to below 6 months pregnant. (More than 6 months pregnant, you're just killing a human miniature)

2. All abortion records should be preserved permanently with the name of the mother and father.
